Chapter Thirteen: Writing Talk, Therapeutic Societies, Lockdown Fatigue and Brief Film Reviews30/3/2021
This latest journal entry talks about the structure of my writing and some possibilities for the future. It touches on therapeutic societies and whether they are a good or bad thing, before discussing my lockdown fatigue. Finally, there are some short reviews of films I've seen recently.
Newcastle's defeat to Chelsea set off a tidal wave of panic among the supporters. I examine whether this is necessary, while also talking about Jurgen Klopp's recent difficulties and questioning whether Manchester City are better in de Bruyne's absence. Finally, two sports legends returned to the public eye last night, something that made me very happy indeed.
My thoughts on Conor McGregor and where he goes after defeat to Dustin Poirier, how Football Manager should add a Director of Football Manager mode, how being silly made me smile and a random film fact that makes me laugh.
Chapter Two: Covid Vaccinations, Self-Isolations, Film Reviews and the Adventures of Svennypoo10/1/2021
I received the Pfizer vaccine yesterday, only to be immediately told to self-isolate upon returning home. At least it meant watching some decent films and spending time with my beautiful kitten.
