On Saturday, my family and I went walking down the Eamont Way from Penrith to Pooley Bridge. Amid the chaos of getting lost and my (undocumented) blundering into a ravine of cow dung, we had a wonderful day. The Eamont Way is a lovely walk, and I look forward to doing it again in the future.
On June 3rd, 2023, I had the immense honour bestowed upon me of becoming Hazel's husband. I have made this video to commemorate the day. It's long, but it is split into different chapters for easy navigation. I hope you enjoy it, and I hope the pride and love I feel towards this incredible person comes through. This was the best day of my life, a celebration of both our love for each other, and for the people who share our lives and helped us get to this wonderful moment.
"One of the most insightful works I've read on mental health problems in men ... very well-written and a real page-turner. I would recommend it to anyone.
Dancing With Disorder
"It communicates a deep understanding of troubled individuals who suffer from the challenges of mental disorders ... Courageous, wise, humorous and thought-provoking ... an easy-to-read, surprising and subtly moving chronicle.
